Colour & Size

A gorgeous light fawn brindle and white, she likely carries blue as well. Maxi is a moderate size of 47cm with a lovely light built and fine bone.

Instinct

Maxi is much the same as her mother Nez in every way when it comes to instinct, she absolutely loves to chase and let's you know the whole time she's chasing!

What We Love

There's so much to love about our special Maxi, from her bubbly and sweet personality to the way she moves so effortlessly in the ring. She's taken all of the qualties I love in Nez, and combined them with the qualities of her father in the best way. She has a beautiful front construction, a lovely topline, really everything about her is beautifully balanced and she truely is the best whippet we have bred to date.

Meet Makio

Makio, or "Max", is a bundle of joy with a temperament as sweet and gentle as it is funny and full of life. Quirky and affectionate, she loves carrying her toys around in her mouth, often accompanied by her adorable roo-roo sounds that never fail to bring a smile. Her happiness is infectious, and she’s a delight to have by your side.

Makio’s talents extend beyond her charming personality. In her short show career as a puppy, she achieved phenomenal success, earning multiple Class in Show awards and receiving high accolades for her exceptional conformation. After a short break, we are thrilled to see her return to the ring in 2025, where her star quality is sure to shine once again.

Just like her mother, Makio has an incredible love for running and showcases outstanding breed instinct every time she stretches her legs. While she’s still too young to compete in lure coursing, her natural talent and enthusiasm already hint at a bright future. We eagerly await her coursing debut in 2025, where she is sure to become a top competitor.

Makio’s combination of charm, athletic ability, and show-ring success makes her an extraordinary young whippet with a very exciting future ahead.
