Saki's Pregnancy
Saki came into heat on the 3rd October! She will be mated to our Polish import boy Shoya.
Below will be a timestamp of Saki's progress as well as pregnancy belly photos week by week!
3rd October, 2024 - Day one of heat cycle
8th October, 2024 - 1.5nmol/L
15th-20th October 2024 - Natural matings

Week 3
Pregnancy Confirmed!
Saki had her ultrasound done at 22 days and confirmed she is pregnant! We saw several babies in her belly.
Week 4
Week 4 Measurements
Weight:12.5kg
Waist: 40cm
Baby bump has become very visable this week, Saki has been off her food all week, eventually eating, but only in small amount over the day.
Week 5
Week 5 Measurements
Weight:12.8kg
Waist: 43.5cm
Her appetite is picking up but her emotions are strong! Her belly is growing so fast now already, shes definitely got a belly full!
Week 6
Week 6 Measurements
Weight:14.6kg
Waist: 51cm
Saki has really ballooned out this week, the difference between today and last weeks measurments are insane!
Poor Saki has really been feeling this pregnancy already, all she wants to do is cuddle and get belly rubs, I am now on full time belly scratching duty as she can't scratch her belly herself anymore

Saki is becoming a lot less mobile, she is finding it hard to get comfortable with such a belly full!
Week 8
Week 8 Measurements
Weight: 15.8kg
Waist: 64cm
Saki is spending her days just napping now, she can't fit much food in her stomach and her appetite is decreasing, I don't blame her, she is very full!
I don't think she will last until her due date, time will tell!
